Potential for Cancer Screening

We provide a simple blood test that potentially can screen for all cancers and in all stages.

For major cancers such as breast, prostate, lung, and colorectal, the detection rates are high in Stages I/II.

Residual Disease

When treatment for specific cancer has been completed, there is a chance that the tumor may still be present. Studies have shown that the presence of CAMLs may be indicative of residual cancer.

Kaplan-Meier curve showing patients with CAML decrease post-surgery (n=32) maintained ~75% PFS, while those with CAML increase (n=30) approached 0% PFS by 24 months (HR=4.0, p<0.01).

Detection of Recurrence

In the US, there are an estimated 20 million cancer survivors. To determine if cancer has recurred, CT imaging 2 – 3 times per year is recommended. Excessive exposure to radiation from CT scans can be harmful to patients. In addition, studies have shown that CAMLs can detect recurrence before imaging, which requires tumor growth. This allows for an earlier start to treatment if necessary.
