Supporting Your Cancer Drug Development

Creatv Bio has developed a liquid biopsy test shown to effectively measure drug or vaccine response in subjects undergoing all types of treatment, including immunotherapy. The test captures cancer associated cells from the blood of cancer patients, and the most common cells are called Cancer Associated Macrophage-Like cells (CAMLs). This important test provides valuable information about cancer drug development in FDA Phase I-III clinical trials and can also be developed as a companion / complementary diagnostic (CDx).

Cancer Associated Cells

CAMLs are one of the most common stromal cells found in the blood of cancer patients and are present in all stages (I-IV). CAMLs are very large, ranging from 25 to 300 microns, and each cell exhibits unique morphological features. The blood test also provides information on Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs), but CTCs are rare.

Examples of CAMLs

The most common tumor types we have tested

  • Breast
  • Lung
  • Melanoma
  • Kidney
  • Pancreatic
  • Ovarian
  • Renal
  • Prostate
  • Colon
  • Bladder
  • Endometrial
  • Liver
  • Sarcoma
  • H+N
